Kidz Empowered Co classes are to be paid termly prior to class commencement. Centre paid services are paid via invoice while parent paid services are paid via our online portal handled directly with parents. Enquire to receive program price list.

Kidz Empowered Co classes are run weekly, over NSW school terms. Parents must re-enrol and make payment to participate in the next term.

During hot and wet days, early learning services are encouraged to create space inside their facility. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel the class for the day if the early learning service is unable to offer a weather appropriate space for the class to be held. Kidz Empowered Co can offer up to two make-up classes per term in unpredictable weather, such as temperatures above 35 degrees, lightening or heavy rain.

If your Kidz Empowered Co facilitator is unable to attend an early learning service for any reason, a makeup session will be held during the term break. This time will be arranged at the convenience of the early learning service. We are unable to offer make up sessions for reasons not caused by Kidz Empowered Co.

If your Kidz Empowered Co class falls on a Public Holiday, a make-up class will be organised during the term break.

Refunds for sessions missed due to minor illness or brief vacations are not possible. If a child has an extended illness or injury of 3 weeks or longer, we are happy to provide a refund once a doctorβs certificate is presented. Parents/ carers need to let us know before the start of the term if their child will be away for three weeks or more so that we can adjust their payment amount. We can only make an exception to this rule in extremely rare circumstances.

If a child changed their care days or leaves the early learning service, please contact hello@kidzempoweredco.com.au
We can cancel their enrolment and refund the unused portion of the term with 2 weeksβ notice.
